The necessary raw materials are prepared, which are milk, sugar, and semolina. They are mixed, heated over a fire, and then cooled for five minutes. Then the municipal cheese is added and left for five minutes, mixed with the semolina with constant and continuous stirring until the cheese is completely melted with the mixture and the semolina thick.

It has many varieties, including the gentle ones, in which only the sweetness of cheese is cut and the syrup is placed on top of it, and there is also the sweetness of cheese stuffed, which is a long roll in which Arabic cream is placed inside and cut, then the syrup is added to it and the sweetened sweetness, and in this type, the sweetness chips are spread on plates and then spread with Arabic cream. Pistachios are sprinkled on all types as a kind of decoration.

The most delicious type:
